Return Policy

RETURNS:
We totally understand that when ordering on-line sometimes things don’t work out! Don’t stress we got you covered!

Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise with tags still attached may be returned for store credit. Items must be returned no later then 15 days of receiving your order to get a store credit. Items that are marked at a discount and/or Final Sale are not eligible for returns. Please include your order number, full name, and email address back with your return.

Once the return has been shipped, please keep records of your tracking information. When we receive returns, they will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will then be issued an online store credit code in the amount of the item/items returned minus the shipping charges. All jewelry is final sale and not eligible for returns. Note: Any returns received later then the 15 day mark will be denied. Also at this time we can not provide return labels and postage for returns.

You do NOT need an authorization number to mail your returns back, as long as they meet the qualifications above.

POP UP SALES and FINALE SALES: All items purchased at one of our POP UP SALES are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. These items are considered a Final Sale Item. All Sale and Clearance items are also not eligible for exchange, they are also Final Sale.

LOST and STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Please double/triple check your information before checking out, we are not responsible for mis-delivered packages via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. After your package has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the USPS.
